As a parent, back to school time is extra overwhelming to get back on schedule and collect all the necessary supplies. There is so much information being thrown around and it’s hard to know what to do to make sure the year starts off on the right foot.

Bulk Fruit Cup Recipe
Fruit cups are super easy to make, and even better, the pre-cut fruit is easier to eat. Start with the fruit salad recipe below. Each week you can make a bulk recipe and divide it among the lunch bags that need preparing. It’s also easy to customize to include or remove ingredients your family doesn’t care for.
These fruits we’ve used are common throughout Oklahoma, and you should be able to find all the ingredients at your local farmers markets. Although limes don’t grow in Oklahoma, some Oklahoma grown produce stores will have them available.
Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 1 c watermelon
- 1 c blueberries
- 1 c cantaloupe
- 1 lime
- 1 c grape halves
Instructions
- Prep fruit
- Mix in bowl
- Squeeze lime juice on top
You can make this recipe as bulk fruit salad and divide among small plastic containers or these stainless steel lunch containers to make your own fruit cup recipes. This fruit salad is also perfect for summer parties when you need something quick to throw together.
Fruit Cup Ideas
As you move into fall and winter, you can mix in the fruit cups whatever seasonal fruits are available.
My favorite thing about this recipe, is it requires:
