Farmer’s Garden Skillet

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 4 oz cheese
  • 3 c milk
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 4 bacon slices- chopped
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1/2 c Parmesan
  • 2 carrot tops
  • 2 Garlic
  • 3/4 c parmesan
  • 1 c chopped broccoli
  • 1 onion and hot pepper
  • 1 Tbsp fresh time or1/2 tsp dried

Instructions

Directions:

  • Remove stems and chop the kale
  • Chop broccoli, hot peppers, and carrot tops.
  • Shred carrots, onion and garlic. Shred cheese.
  • Chop and cook bacon. Remove from pan.
  • Melt butter in pan. Add produce
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Scramble eggs and milk. Add to pan with bacon.
  • Add cheese and melt. Enjoy!
