Pork Stuffed Zucchini Boats

- 1/2 c minced pork roast
- 1 tsp dill
- 7 hot peppers
- 2 med Zucchini
- 1 c cabbage
- 2 Carrots
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 tsp salt/pepper
- 1 Garlic
- 3/4 c Parmesan
- 8 oz cream cheese
Cut peppers and zucchini in half
Scoop out the insides of peppers and zucchini
Shred carrots, cabbage, onion, pork roast, garlic
Add veggies, dill and salt to cream cheese
Fill the peppers and zucchini
Top with parmesan cheese
Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
